Shipping policy

Every Northlume order ships free within the United States — no minimums, no codes.

Processing Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Because our pieces come from a network of specialty makers and suppliers, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery after processing. We send tracking the moment your order is on its way.

Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating.

Larger Pieces Rockers, ride-ons, and furniture-sized items may ship separately from smaller goods in the same order. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
