Print and Kindle editions are ordered from the links on each book page. Everything else, signed copies, book club and bulk orders, event stock and review requests, starts with a note here.

How orders are filled

• Paperbacks and hardcovers are printed and shipped by IngramSpark, linked from each book page
• Every released title is available in both paperback and hardcover
• Kindle editions are sold through Amazon
• Signed and inscribed copies come direct from the press, by request
• Book club and bulk pricing from six copies
