Refund policy

We want every Northlume piece to feel like it belongs in your home. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email hello@northlume.org with your order number — we'll send instructions within one business day.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. Email hello@northlume.org and we'll walk you through it.
