Because print and Kindle editions are sold and fulfilled by IngramSpark and Amazon, returns and exchanges are handled by whichever retailer you ordered from, under their policy.

Print editions

Orders placed through the IngramSpark links on our book pages are subject to IngramSpark's returns policy. Contact them directly with your order number.

Kindle editions

Kindle purchases are covered by Amazon's digital returns policy.

Damaged copies

If a book reaches you damaged, tell us anyway. Write to the press through the contact page with a photograph and we will help you sort it out, whichever retailer it came from.

Signed copies

Signed and inscribed copies come direct from the press. If something is wrong with one, we will replace it.
