How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on most items in original condition. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full. See Returns & Exchanges.

Are your toys safe for little ones?

We curate with safety in mind — each product page lists recommended ages, materials, and weight limits where applicable. Always check the age guidance before purchasing for infants and toddlers.

Where do your products come from?

We work with a network of specialty makers and suppliers around the world, chosen for material quality and craftsmanship. Every piece is reviewed before it earns a place in the catalog.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@northlume.org as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Not yet — but it's on our list. Items arrive in protective packaging without pricing slips, so shipping directly to a gift recipient is safe.
